Arewa is a Nigerian-American singer, songwriter, and performer whose music blends alt-R&B, soul, and storytelling. Born in Brooklyn to Nigerian parents, she channels the duality of her heritage into a sound that is emotional, cinematic, and boldly self-assured. Since beginning her music journey in 2017, she has evolved into a rising voice in contemporary R&B and Afrofusion, earning multiple Apple Music editorial placements for singles such as Timeless, Last Night, How You Like, and Fine Ghel.
Her artistry extends across the diaspora through numerous press features and recent radio interviews in Lagos, Nigeria.
